Sonar İstanbul 2022

Digilogue supported the Istanbul edition of Sónar Festival, which reflects the perfect harmony of music, technology and creativity, in its sixth year.

Lalin Akalan has undertaken the curation of Sónar+D Istanbul, which is held for the sixth time with the support of Digilogue. Sónar+D, which is a reflection of Digilogue's work throughout the year, undertook the program consisting of panels and audio-visual performances at the festival.

Sonar Screen performances, which took place on the first day of the festival on March 18, started with Code of Conquer. The night continued with Ilgın İçözü and Algorave Istanbul performances and ended with Koi Failure. found..⁠

Sónar Istanbul 2022, which took place on March 18-19, met with thousands of participants with its program that combines technology and music. While it brought together many artists with audio-visual performances that took place on both nights, it included interdisciplinary discussions that pushed the limits of creativity in 5 different panels that took place during the day. Zorlu PSM hosted the program.

In addition to technology-focused panels such as the relationship between immersive technologies and cinema, metaverse, and sustainable NFT, 5 different panels were held in the Sónar+D program this year, where the impact of technology on areas such as climate crisis, public space and social benefit were discussed. He gave the audience an idea about the near future with the speeches of experts in their fields from different perspectives on both art and technology.
